Do you Lucid Dream?
I lucid dream 60% of the time...
lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming
Master this.. and you can manifest items/create places/fly pretty much anything you can think of... nothing is impossible
How to do this?
When you're dreaming, theres a couple of ways to know you're in a dream,
1. you cant read in your dream, its impossible, so if you're ever dreaming and you see words that make no sense no matter how hard you try to make something out of it.. you're dreaming, realize you're asleep, BECOME AWARE dont try to wake up, just keep going with it, focus and know you're in full control...
The first step to lucid dreaming is recognizing one is dreaming. This recognition might occur in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, which is one of the few areas deactivated during REM sleep and where working memory occurs. Once this area is activated and the recognition of dreaming occurs, the dreamer must be cautious to let the dream continue but be conscious enough to remember that it is a dream. While maintaining this balance, the amygdala and parahippocampal cortex might be less intensely activated.[11] To continue the intensity of the dream hallucinations, it is expected the pons and the parieto-occipital junction stay active
In a study of fourteen lucid dreamers performed in 1991, people who perform wake-initiated lucid dreams operation (WILD) reported experiences consistent with aspects of out-of-body experiences such as floating above their beds and the feeling of leaving their bodies
Which goes to my other topic... Outer Body Experiences..
Have fun Lucid Dreaming =)
