And that's a stupid question. Raze is saying that he isn't going to make a thread to announce that staff spots are open anymore, which is smart of him.
Staff spots shouldn't be something that users compete over, it shouldn't even be a reward for being an outstanding user.
Staff status should only be designated to users that the admin feels are capable of completing tasks that staff members are supposed or required to do.
