Well this always worked for me when i script butt i think if you have flw or flps some one and they report to make a new account and dont activate it butt send all your items to it and sense it hasn't been activated and your barley on it you well not be banned it works fine for me with oH4xor +rep if this works and helped yea.

You can't avoid getting banned. If you send a ticket, you'll still get banned. Gaia plays like that. My bro done that, he did nothing and still got banned. So if you TRY not to get banned. You'll get banned. So, don't even try to avoid it.
