1. Learn AutoIt (at least the basics).
2. Learn about HTTP requests.
3. Learn TCP/IP and apply that to AutoIt.TCP
4. Learn how Gaia's Flash environment works (I recommend reading the source of Towns).

He'd have a better shot doing it in AutoIt rather than doing it in VB or some shiz like that. Considering there's alot of open-source material in AutoIt leaked.
