I cant find anything about Stream Internet I looked on Google, Yahoo, and Bing and its mainly radio stuff

I'd suggest doing these steps:
Ctrl+Alt+Delete
Task Manager
Processes
Right click where your browser is on the list
Set priority
Make it low, or turn anything else on low, that is on high.
Note: Make sure w/e your turn on low, isn't important!
That should help.
