Don't do any of that. First how old is your computer? If it's old, that doesn't mean it's the problem. Go to your Start thing. Go to My Computer, if your Gig is really high, delete some programs in there. If that doesn't work, uninstall programs that you don't need. That's happen to me. And it helped.
