This is caused by avg (most of time)
and if you cant startup you computer
to fix problem this is what you need....

What happens is AVG will send a update and your computer will restart and when it goes to turn on it will say this message
"%Hs missing,c0000135 try reinstalling program to fix problem"
You cant log on safe mode or anything, and my cp came with windows 7 (i think the only type the problem c0000135 is with)
so i didnt have a cd to reset comp+ i have alot work i would use so i decided to share with our comunity to get more people and help every body out ^^

vista.x64 too.does xp good?

Widows xp seems to be best in my opions and its only for windows 7 that this problem is with
