I don't see the point in believing or making a life commitment to some thing you can't even prove.

I personally don't believe in a god anymore, all I know is that life was easier when I did believe in one, but I'm not going to just run back and change my mind about it just because I felt better then. I really do find the idea of a higher power to be quite ridiculous (no offense to anyone here, of course.. If you believe in God, you're better than me), but I can't even begin to tell you why.

Explaining why you don't believe in a god is so much easier than explaining why you do.
