fun fact! 80% of people that "sell there account"are actually looking for someone to scam. They set recovery questions and then sell the account so that when they get the money. the other person wont have enough time to change the recovery questions ( 14 day waiting period if i recall). and then they recover it and restart the deal with someone new. for recovery questions i think all you need is to be on the right ip-adress and have the right email. .. not accusing you of anything just for a tip on people that are looking to buy an rs account. watch out because that does happen alot
