Oh and I believe somewhere that I read that the arrow had significance to the company.. cannot remember if the arrow between the E and X was intentional or not, but it probably was.
Logo designers are usually quite subtly clever.

The company says that the arrow signifies that the company is always moving forward (which is odd because on the trucks the arrow actually faces the opposite way that the truck is going, aka backwards..)
