First close alll ventrilos
Right click the shortcut
Open propeties
Add a -m to the program to "Target"
so it should have be
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ventrilo\Ventrilo.exe" -m
Yw +rep ;D

Or if you dont have a 64 bit it shouldnt have the x86 thingy
