I think tattoos are stupid for the most part. Only exception is if it's meaningful.
Like my aunt had a daughter who died and so she got her name, "Rebecca," on her leg.
The only reason I would ever get a tattoo is if someone close to me died and I wanted to make a tribute, or if it was small and in an unnoticeable place. (And it would still be something meaningful.)

I love tattoos, but the thought of getting one on my skin unnerves me.
