I didn't sleep at all
I was up watching celebrity rehab with soem crazy asian chick comitting suicide and when I turned off the tv, I went to bed but I couldnt go to sleep ....jours went by and I was still awake...so when it was 6 I went to the kitched since I ahd a sore throat, and drank some water and I went to my living room and tried to sleep there...and nuthing ._.....Ihavent slept at all i'm still awake...>.<


ANy ideas how I can sleep better?

EDIT: Around 2:00 yesterday I heard a fucken baby squeal in my room and I almost shat btix
Now I Know my house is haunted ncuz I kept hearing noises ._.
